By creating an account or using Post Engine HQ, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Post Engine HQ is a social media content scheduling and automation platform. We help you create, schedule, and publish social media posts across multiple platforms. We provide tools including caption generation, hashtag suggestions, image upload, and scheduling features.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all content posted through your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Post Engine HQ offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access
• Starter Plan: $9/month (or $7/month billed annually)
• Pro Plan: $19/month (or $14/month billed annually)

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Post Engine HQ, including captions, images, and posts. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us permission to store and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Post Engine HQ to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Post Engine HQ is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, missed posts, or social media account issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
